About reporting: Warren County Children Services provides services to families and children who reside in Warren County. The child’s primary residence is determined by the parent/guardian who is the “Residential parent” noted by the residence where the child attends school. This determines which Public Children Services Agency has jurisdiction, regardless of where the incident may have happened.
Note that Law Enforcement jurisdiction is determined by the locale where the incident took place and NOT the child’s primary residence.
